If you applied for the refundable or nonrefundable Child Care Tax Credit, or were the recipient of a qualifying tax credit contribution, we want to hear about your experience.
Applications for the refundable tax credit for parents and legal guardians are no longer being accepted as the $15 million limit has been reached for the 2024 tax year. The tax credit will be back for the 2025 tax year.
Taxpaying individuals and entities (such as employers) can receive a nonrefundable tax credit for qualifying contributions that promote or enhance child care options.
